Please arrive on time for your appointment. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their brow appointment or 10 minutes late for the lash, wax, or consultation appointment will be asked to reschedule, and it will be considered a cancellation and deposit lost. That much lost time will not allow the technician to complete the procedure properly. The time cannot be made up by rushing or omitting important steps.

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process and therefore a guarantee should never be promised in this industry due to many contributing factors that are outside of our control. Your face is important to us and we are extremely experienced and qualified in the art of cosmetic pigmentation. We can guarantee that we will make every effort to reach your desired goals in the allotted appointment however, there are no guarantees in this industry. Absolutely no guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. In some occasions, although not often, an additional appointment may be required to complete the work. There are many reasons for this and include poor retention of pigment for any reason. This can be because of skin texture and type, age, skin condition, the intentional or accidental picking of the tattoo, bleeding during the procedure, sweating, exercising, medications, health conditions etc. The reason does not matter, it happens sometimes.
